Martin Luther once wrote, "Next to the Word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure on earth. It controls our thoughts, minds, hearts and spirits. A person who does not regard music as a marvelous creation of God does not deserve to be called a human being; he should be permitted to hear nothing but the braying of donkeys and the grunting of hogs".
Here at Upper Seneca, music is very important to us and we believe that it is an important aspect of worship. We are constantly searching for what Jesus has to tell us through music. Being a hymn or more contemporary song, it speaks to our hearts from the hearts of those God inspired to write. Through the experiences of life together, come, share and search with us for Our Lord's spirit on Sundays.
Hope to see you here. Richard
