What do you see when you look into a mirror?

It is obvious.

You see yourself.

However, the bigger question – do you make any changes upon seeing yourself?

This Sunday (6-14-26), Tom Shuggars will be sharing a message entitled,

“Reminded – Lest We Forget” and it will focus on James 1:21-25.

This passage hinges on a single devastating image: a man looks in a mirror, sees his face, and immediately forgets what he looks like.

It’s also exactly what happens when you hear God’s Word and do nothing about it.

You’ve seen the truth about yourself—your pride, your greed, your lovelessness—and you’ve walked away unchanged.

The mirror showed you reality, but you chose to do nothing about it.

So, join us Sunday as we learn how to be a hearer and doer upon looking into the Word of God.
