December 2025
In December, each message will center on the Christmas story surrounding Jesus’ birth. Although Christmas should be a joyous occasion, for some however, it can bring about disappoint for various reasons.
So, each Sunday, we will talk about Jesus’ miraculous birth, but also how to keep the merry in Christmas.
Dec. 7th Sermon Title: “Promise in the Silence” Scripture: Isaiah 9:2, 6 Synopsis: The story of Christmas begins not with angels and shepherds, but with silence. For 400 years after Malachi, there was no prophetic word. But God’s promise still stood. God’s delays are not His denials—and His promises always arrive right on time. Dec. 14th Sermon Title: “He is Lord” Scripture: Luke 2:10-17 Synopsis: When the heavenly angel appeared, the shepherds were “terrified.” However, the reassuring angel helped overcome the shepherd’s anxieties by proclaiming great news that the Lord would soon be born. What a wonderful and exhilarating message that was shared with these shepherds. The LORD is coming! Dec. 21st – Special Christmas Service Dec. 28th Sermon Title: “Wise People Still Seek Jesus” Scripture: Matthew 2:1-12 Synopsis: Although the wisemen arrived weeks or months after Jesus’ birth, they still continued their pursuit to find Jesus and to worship the newborn King. This endless search is a reminder for all, to keep seeking Jesus, even after December 25th. If you want to view a previous sermon,
