(unless specified)
In the month of June, three sermons will be preached on the topic of heaven and hell.
Sermons that address the realities of heaven and hell are vital in the Christian faith because they speak to the eternal destiny of every soul.
These messages remind believers of the hope and joy found in the promise of heaven, a place of eternal life in the presence of God.
At the same time, they serve as a solemn warning about the seriousness of sin and the reality of eternal separation from God in hell.
By preaching on these topics, people can better understand the weight of their spiritual choices and the urgency of accepting salvation through Jesus Christ.
June 1st Sermon Title: “What I Know About the Devil” Scripture: Genesis 3:1-6 Synopsis: There is a mad man who infiltrated the Garden of Eden to destroy Adam and Eve’s relationship with God and he will do everything in his power to infiltrate your life. He is called the devil. He is out to kill, steal, and destroy. So, be on the lookout for this deadly demon. June 8th Sermon Title: “The Truth About Angels” Scripture: Psalm 91:9-12 Synopsis: Too often, angels are misunderstood—either overly mystified or entirely ignored. Yet Scripture reveals that angels are God’s servants, divinely assigned to guard, deliver, and minister to those who trust in Him. June 15th Sermon Title: “A Foolish Father” Scripture: 1 Samuel 3:11-13 Synopsis: Though Eli served in the house of the Lord, he failed in one of the most critical responsibilities entrusted to him: Fatherhood. Fathers can learn from Eli’s mistake and choose to lead their homes with conviction, courage, and an unwavering commitment to God’s truth. June 22nd Sermon Title: “There’s No Place Like Hell” Scripture: Luke 16:19-24 Synopsis: Unlike fictional fairy tales, the Bible presents hell as a very real destination for those who reject God’s salvation. There is truly no place like hell; no place of such sorrow, of such separation, and such finality. But praise God, through Jesus, no one has to go there. June 29th Sermon Title: “Chaos Conquered” Scripture: John 14:27 Synopsis: The storms in life are inevitable, but they do not have the final word. Jesus offers peace that remains steady in the midst of chaos. He does not promise a life free from struggle, but He assures us that His peace can rule in our hearts even when the world around us is spinning out of control. If you want to view a previous sermon,
