Sunday's Message

Date: Sunday, July 25, 2021
Time: 11:00 AM -
Location: USBC Sanctuary

Have you ever had to deal with a jerk?
A jerk is anyone who is “exhibiting any selfish thought or behavior that are ultimately harmful to someone.”
When a person treats us in this manner, our first reaction is to retaliate.
However, Jesus teaches an effective and God honoring way to deal with such jerks.

On Sunday (7-25-21), I will be sharing a helpful message entitled,
The Jerks in Life” and it will focus on Matthew 5:43-48.
During our time together, we will learn what makes a jerk tick, but also how to counter their jerkiness.
Jesus has some great pointers in how to deal with such a person.
You see, it is easy to point the finger at others who are acting like a jerk, but truth be told, we too at times may act like a jerk.

So, join us this Sunday as we learn how to deal with the jerks in life; including ourselves.
